Birdiya creates education led international expeditions for secondary school students, designed in partnership with schools and delivered with care, challenge and purpose.
We believe the best expeditions do far more than take students somewhere new. They help young people grow in confidence, judgement, resilience and responsibility through experiences that are carefully prepared, well supported and deeply meaningful.
Birdiya is built on more than 25 years of experience in student development, expeditions and school partnership work. Our model draws on long standing expertise in outdoor learning, leadership, international travel and the thoughtful planning required to support schools, families and young people well.
We work directly with schools to shape expeditions around student readiness, educational goals and duty of care expectations. That means clear preparation, thoughtful communication and programs that balance challenge with strong support.
